A Taste of Spain
are able to provide our customers with a comprehensive stable
of services, ranging from site inspection visits through to
independent mortgage advice. Below is a comprehensive list
of the services we currently offer our clients.
Once the arrangement for a four day
visit to Spain has been finalised we will:-
Collect you at either Alicante airport
or preferably at Murcia ( San Javier) airport.
You will be transported to your accommodation
and left to settle in. Depending on the time of day you
reach your accommodation the programme for the following
three days will be discussed and agreed.
The first day will normally be spent
on showing you the area and some of the places that would
fit in with your requirements. i.e. beaches for the sun
worshippers, golf courses for the golf fans and for those
who prefer the countryside and mountainous regions, these
will be covered also. In the case of those intending to
move to Spain on a permanent basis, relevant important information
would also be included.
The second day would be spent visiting
development sites or resale properties where applicable.
We will try our utmost to concentrate
on developments or properties that fall within your budget
parameters.
The third day will be spent in a similar
way to the second.
The fourth day will allow time for
re-visits and/or visiting banks and solicitors and then
we will transport you to the airport in time for your return
flight to the UK.
The cost of this visit is £90
each person, and includes flights and accommodation.
After
Sales
Once the initial contract
has been signed, we will liaise with our English speaking
Para Legal / Spanish Lawyer to carry out all the necessary
checks and searches on the property that you are purchasing
to ensure that there are no charges against it and to oversee
that everything will run smoothly and arrive at a satisfactory
conclusion.
The Lawyer can also
explain and arrange the Spanish will, which you need to
be fully aware of as the inheritance tax laws in Spain are
different to that of the UK. The cost of these services
could range from between £1,000 and £1,500,
however, all these costs will be paid for by A TASTE OF
SPAIN using our Para Legal / Spanish Lawyer when a property
is purchased through us. The builders are all reputable
and build to high specifications.
We will completely
lead you through the purchase and all the legalities, unlike
most of our competitors who having sold you the property,
abandon you to the Spanish legal system. You will be required
to visit Spain for the completion of your property and to
attend the Notary with our Para Legal representative who
will also act as an interpreter when taking your title deeds.
We will also assist in organising telephone, electricity,
water connections and registration at the Town Hall.
