We are able to provide local authorities, developers, architects, landscape designers, private clients, NGOs and SNCOs with a range of bespoke tree survey packages to best suit the required objectives. Using a range of GPS and GIS techniques, we can guarantee accurate and efficient surveys either as standalone inventories or as integrated data sets, for example to inform Environmental Statements, Mitigation Proposals or other targeted objectives.

By using trained and experienced arboriculturalists and ecologists, tree survey data can be efficiently and quickly interpreted and incorporated into finished reports, leading to cost savings via an efficient use of field survey resources and a smoother transition from initial site assessment to the implementation of recommendations and mitigation stratagies.

Tree surveys may include veteran tree assessment and subsequent management regimes; and also climbing inspections for features such as potential bat roosts.

We undertake these to meet the conditions of local planning authorities (LPAs). We liaise on-site with LPA tree officers, assess the Implications of Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation Area status as development constraints and work closely with all stakeholders. We also integrate the schedule of recommended tree works (removal, planting and landscaping) into identified ecological objectives and provide comprehensive on-site solutions to ecological and arboricultural issues.
