Hard-working, conscientious, and intelligent construction worker with 26+ years of experience interested in employment as Construction Superintendent (Foreman or related position) with knowledge, skill, and experience in all phases of construction, including Building Foundation, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Finish Carpentry, etc., with the ability to complete Commercial and Residential projects (new building or remodel) from start to finish.
Skills/Training/Experience:
Ability in planning, troubleshooting, and execution of all phases of construction during time critical environments. Coordinate site work, subcontractors, scheduling material deliveries, control and execution of building construction to insure building codes/standards are met to pass required inspections. Read/interpret building Blueprints/Site Plans; Operate all construction tools & equipment, i.e., Crane, Backhoe, Welder, etc. |
