SELF-EMPLOYED SALES POSITIONS

These are self-employed sales positions because self-employed people are also business people. They know all the pressures and responsibilities that go with being self-employed; and as such they, are able to talk to other business people and understand their problems. It's called empathy and something an employed and salaried sales person will never have.

We are in the business of giving the best practical advice possible. When a client explains their current business position, we understand. We've been there, seen and solved a hundred problems for clients like that before and can therefore provide the solution tailored to the client's budget. This experience and knowledge can only be built up over time; so our job is to impart that knowledge to you over a lengthy period of time.

Until you have that knowledge you will need to provide one of us with the business scenario and we will provide the advice and solutions. You will find that you are soon often able to offer advice to a client without asking for advice.

This recession is making our job even easier and is why we are planning on building a professional sales force of consultants who can find potential clients and demonstrate beyond doubt how we can provide effective and affordable solutions.

HIGH INCOME POTENTIAL

All companies are in business for profit and all need to continually investigate different market places and ways of attracting more customers. The biggest risk any company is make is trying to continue doing business in the same way, especially during a recession.

Our business model makes it easy for clients to see how greater profits and higher sales can be achieved and our commission structure ensures our sales consultants have a high income potential.

SELF-MOTIVATED

You will need to be self-motivated as you will be working on your own for most of the time. Our management team will be here to help, advise and provide support when necessary but your work ethic will be entirely down to you. The hardest part will always be finding companies who are open minded to new ideas and prepared to grant an appointment. The sales process will be relatively easy in comparison. Demonstrate how a business can save money and increase sales and few company directors will decide to keep losing money and sales.

The job of our sales consultants will therefore be to find open minded business people prepared to listen. After all, the most expensive thing anyone can own is a closed mind.

HIGH CALIBRE

We are seeking high calibre personnel capable of negotiating at the highest level. Whilst we will always be prepared to help small companies grow, our market place is really companies with an advertising/marketing budget of at least £250,000 per annum. You will need to be able to negotiate a board level without being phased by top executives.

AMBITIOUS INDIVIDUALS

Our sales personnel will need to be extremely ambitious individuals who are never satisfied with their income levels and always prepared to push the barriers. As income levels are expected to be at least £100,000 by the end of the second year, with no limit to what can actually be earned, we would be looking for sales people with the ambition to keep going and not sit back on their laurels.
