We are a well established and expanding group of companies with a diverse range of business interests now looking to develop a sales force comprised of self-employed sales personnel. With many of our directors having a financial services background, we believe the highest calibre sales people tend to be self-employed sales people. We are looking for a Sales Director, sales managers and salesmen and women who are keen to earn top sales commissions.

We are a group of specialist companies who have been built up by a number of successful entrepreneurs who work together on multiple contracts. We are in the business of helping companies maximise their income and profit potential using a wide range of services and online and offline marketing and advertising. If a company is looking for ways to increase their sales and improve profits, it is our job to help them.

These services can range from website design, search engine optimisation, online and offline advertising and marketing. Plus a myriad of other business solutions. You will find a more comprehensive explanation later but needless to say, if a company has a problem, we will normally be able to come up with an innovative and often unique solution.

Looking at what we do may appear mid boggling at first glance. We would not expect you to become an expert overnight, but you would know that when discussing a clients needs and wishes; we would have a solution that could be tailored to their budget. Put simply, we can help virtually any business increase sales and profitability.

We know that self-employed sales people are motivated by money and the opportunity to earn high incomes. To this end, we have put together a commission structure that will enable successful sales people to earn substantial initial incomes and where monthly contracts are involved, generous ongoing monthly recrual commission; thus building up a substantial ongoing monthly income.

SELF-EMPLOYED SALES POSITIONS

Every vacancy we have within our company is a self-employed payment by results position. If you are someone who likes a guaranteed salary even if you don't sell anything, this is not something you should even consider. All partners within the group are paid by results. No one here earns anything without earning it first.

We are therefore looking for self-motivated, ambitious, hardworking, high calibre, determined individuals capable of negotiating at board level and looking for a sales position with very high income potential.

SALES MANAGERS

We are also looking for ten self-employed regional sales managers capable of producing sales in their own right until such time that they have recruited a team of ten to fifteen self-employed sales people generating a management override commission in excess of £60,000 pa. At which point we would expect the sales manager to concentrate mainly on developing his sales team. During the transition period, the manager would be expected to reduce his focus on his personal sales as his management override commission increased.

Successful applicants will need all the above qualities and a proven track record in sales, good people and management skills and above all, care about the people under his or her management. We know that the success of any salesperson is often down to the support and empathy received from a good sales manager. They will be expected to accompany their sales on appointments and where necessary help close deals.

Sales managers will report directly to the Sales Director.

SALES DIRECTOR

The sales director's position is currently not open to applicants. We hope to promote the Sales Directors position from the sales managers we appoint. This will not necessarily be the sales manager who is producing the highest level of sales through his or her sales team.

We will be looking at innovation, dedication, sales training ability, man management and motivational skills and above all the ability to manage a large team and hit targets based on commission earnings. This is a job where high earners are never satisfied with what they have earned, no matter high the commission paid.

The Sales Director would report to the Board of Directors.

SALESMEN AND WOMEN

These sales and sales manager positions are obviously open to both men and women. Not because this is a legal requirement but because some of the best sales people some of our directors have ever encountered were females. At least two of our Directors have had huge experience in building self-employed sales teams in the Financial Services industry and will be utilising their past experience in helping develop the sales force.

If you have been involved in the Financial Services Business you will recognise our commission model. High up front commissions, extremely generous renewal commissions but no claw backs. The bad bits have been cut out meaning you keep what you have been paid.

We believe our business will grow by making it possible for the right person to earn a substantial income.

SALES POSITIONS

This is business to business selling. You will be expected to find your own clients. (Any company looking to improve sales or increase profits). So your market place is just about every company and business in the UK.

There are numerous ways that we can help a company increase profits and or improve sales. We will give a brief explanation of some later. We would not expect anyone to understand everything nor would we expect you to go out advising people until you had enough experience under your belt. There will be an ongoing support and development programme to ensure you are always fully equipped.
