The
``Antico Borgo'' is structurally a labyrinth of
ancient palazzos, rustic ironwork, marble stairways
and engravings. The houses have thick stone walls
designed to seal cold or warm air in, making the
internal ambiance more comfortable depending on
the season. Its wine cellars, meandering medieval
passageways, chiseled entranceways, marble engravings,
sun-kissed courtyards and rooftops are a snapshot
of a bygone area. The Borgo has the added bonus
of a unique view over the valley.
