POLICIES + HEALTH + EDUCATION + EMPLOYMENT + CLIMATE CHANGE + ASYLUM + IMMIGRATION + CHARITY FUND RAISING
Policies, health * education * employment * climate change * asylum * immigration * charity fund raising * political polices * crime * family * foreign policy * pensioners * retirement
Asylum
Remove the dictators and despots of this world and you remove the need for asylum.
Benefits system
Malingerers, spongers and the lazy abuse the benefits system leaving little for the people who genuinely need support. The world has gone politically incorrect and a sensible approach to helping those who really need help needs to be applied.
Climate change
Whether or not climate change is down to mankind or other natural phenomena, pollution of our planet has to be reduced. This can only be done by cooperation on a global basis.
Crime
We seem to live in a world where the rights of criminals are put above the rights of victims and their families. Stiffer sentences and the death penalty will never be a deterrent for those who are intent on committing crime or murder. However, longer sentences would remove these people from society; permanently if necessary.
Economy
One world economy with a single currency is the only way to ensure that trade throughout the world is both equitable and transparent.
Education
Too much money is spent on administration and monitoring teachers who should be left to concentrate on teaching using techniques that teach children to think.
Employment
There are those that want to work and people who want to make money and this should be encouraged at every level. There is also an element of society who would rather live on benefits and scrounge off the system which needs tightening up to eradicate cheats and scroungers to make more money available for those who genuinely can't work or find employment.
Family
Time for families to take responsibility for their children again. This involves teaching them how to behave, social values and behaviour outside of the home. Child obesity, anti-social behaviour and basic education are all the responsibility of responsible parents.
Foreign Policy
The world needs a single foreign policy that is equitable and takes in the needs for all countries. Currently every country has a foreign policy that looks after it's own national interests. This means that powerful countries trample over poorer countries and jostle for position against other countries who are also trying to stake a claim.
Health
Like education, health has too many bureaucrats who are of a low calibre and not up to the job. Funds need to be diverted away from meaningless administrative systems and into the front line where doctors and nurses are needed.
Immigration
People feel threatened by the flood of illegal and economic migrants pouring into their country. They migrate looking for a better life or simply because social benefits are higher and more easily obtained. Toughening up on social sponging to encourage people to go out to work and investing in countries where migrants feel the need to leave will solve these problems.
Pensioners
The old and infirm need greater care and support but many pensioners are still in a position to have meaningful and productive lives well past their retirement dates. It is wrong to pigeon hole people because of their age.
Retirement
People are living longer and therefore retired for far longer periods of time. Retirement ages need to rise with the option of continuing to work for as long as they see fit.
Tax
There are fairer and easier ways to collect taxes and more importantly ensure they are well spent. Currently, taxes are levied on the hard working and wasted by incompetent government employees who wouldn't get a job working in the private sector.
World Government
A world government would create a level playing field for fair trade, wages and opportunities for all, whilst opening up and creating markets for businesses to do more business.
World Politics
Solving the problems of the world by political debate and integration by eradicating the causes of wars, famine and disease.
This is the time to speak out, this is the place to have your say and this is your opportunity to make a difference.
