THE ROLE OF AN AGENCY DIRECTOR

The role of an Agency Director will be to recruit and train managers and help them develop their online businesses through the recruitment of online party planners. Whilst Agency Directors will be able to start off doing the job part time, we fully expect these positions to develop in to full time roles as the business grows.

We hope to have appointed at least ten prior to the launch of the business who will be in a position to start recruiting and training managers in the New Year. Successful applicants will ideally need a proven track record in recruitment and training and have a good business head on their shoulders. Those of you who personally know Paul Herbert and who work with or have worked with him in the past will recognise the structure of this business and therefore have a clear idea of the income potential this business can generate.

Agency Directors will earn 15% override commission on the income earned by all mangers within their team. Whilst, the number of managers will be restricted by country, there will be nothing stopping Agency Directors from recruiting managers within other countries - such is the nature of the internet and this business model.
