NO WARS + WORLD PEACE + NO DESPOTS + DICTATORS OR BORDERS
No wars * world peace * no despots * dictators or borders * political solutions to world problems * charity fund raising * climate change * economy * education * employment * asylum * immigration
When you look at the world's problems, many are man made and the rest, whilst caused by nature are either compounded by mankind or our failure to do anything to put a lasting or permanent end to them.
The world sits back whilst despots and dictators commit genocide and rape their countries of wealth whilst their people starve. Famine ravages countries due to weather conditions compounded by global warming and children die in their millions for lack of medical care that would cost pennies per child.
Governments hold summits costing millions of dollars to discuss ways to help but rarely commit to a serious solution, charities work hard to alleviate the problems but are too many and therefore too weak to provide solutions. We sit at home watching fund raising campaigns that raise millions and pat ourselves on the backs for our efforts when it really requires tens of billions of dollars of investment that can only be provided by strong government.
This is not decrying the efforts of these charities and the generosity of the people who give selflessly but it is far too little to make any real change. And whilst governments debate and manoeuvre, people and children are dieing of genocide, hunger and disease.
Charities and the United Nations seem powerless to act. Whilst Saddam Hussein was having hundreds of United Nations resolutions passed against him, he simply laughed at the rest of the world. Robert Mugabe struts around throwing insults at the rest of the world and doesn't care about his people or what we think. Dictators and Despots like Hussein and Mugabe believe they are untouchable. They have enormous personal wealth, stolen from their countries and are cocooned within lifestyles that give them an immense sense of security.
ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT
A world government would prevent people like this ever coming to power. A democratically elected government made up of elected representatives from every country ensuring the interests of every nation were heard and protected.
Policies would be made that were beneficial to all countries. A world economy that looked after the poorer nations and ensured that investment was distributed in a fair and equitable manner. Political stability across the world would encourage businesses to invest in countries that most needed it. Employment with decent wages would mean that developing countries would become importers as well as exporters opening economic opportunities for businesses to sell their goods to wider markets. Businesses would be encouraged to invest in other countries, not because the wages were lower but because the work forces were available.
ONE WORLD ECONOMY
There would be a single world currency, removing the problem of fluctuating exchange rates and make it easier for businesses to plan and export their goods. This would not happen over night as countries would need to have stabilised their economies to participate.
If the USA and Europe can do it, the next step is to encompass the world. This is no mean task, as the European Union has already discovered. Countries like the UK, due to backward thinking nationalism still cannot get their heads around the bigger picture and even smaller minded nationalists like the Scots are still banging their drums about devolution and self rule.
When the world should be uniting, petty minded nationalists are still trying to cling on to their history and pasts instead of looking at how they can participate in the future. If we all thought like that, France would be divided into numerous countries, the UK would be split asunder and the world would be one war zone with countries fighting over territory.
ONE WORLD ARMY
We live in a hypocritical and sick society where billions are spent on armaments and sold to countries who then turn them on their own people. We have managed to develop weapons capable of destroying the world and are fearful of these weapons pf mass destruction falling into the wrong hands. They already have the day will come when someone pushes the button.
If there was one world army, responsible for search and rescue capable of being ready to act at a moments notice when natural disaster struck; an army responsible for world security, answerable only to one government, no dictator would ever be able to raise support.
One army, not made up battalions from different countries but made up of all races with the same skill sets. This way, no section of the army would have any loyalty to anyone nation.
Persuading countries that they give up their own army in place of a single protection force will be a major step forward and of course opposition to the idea would be immense, but the financial savings on armaments would be enormous, running into many billions of dollars every year; money that could be spent on more important thins like health and education.
