Health and fitness starts off by eating a healthy diet that includes three meals a day with freshly prepared food and cutting down on all the junk food and other rubbish you eat. You should leave at least five minutes between courses to allow your food to be digested. It should be eaten at a table and not on your lap.
Make sure every family member chews their food thoroughly.
