There are thousands of reason that a marriage can run into marital problems and ten times as many solutions. A husband can suddenly find himself in the position or given the opportunity to be unfaithful, a wife can be unhappy without really knowing why and a poor sex life can really put a dampener on any relationship. MARITAL PROBLEMS

There is a huge difference between a husband being unfaithful and falling in love with another woman. If it was just sex, it was probably just as satisfying as masturbating and most likely less meaningful. He almost certainly felt guilt and most probably couldn't wait to get away from her.
