I was wondering if you could give some sort of advice. My ex-husband was declared bankrupt in June 2006. In November 2006 we went to Court to sort our finances out and he said to the Judge that he was about to present his I.V.A. and once that was presented he expected to be able to sell his house and give 50,000 pounds. The Judge made an Order and he had to sell the house by March 2006. Unfortunately he has not presented the I.V.A. yet and he still lives in his house worth almost 500,000 pounds with his new wife. We got divorced in January 2007 and four days later he got married again. I have not received a penny yet and also he is not paying the maintenance towards my son. I am thinking in forcing the Order to recover my money. I have got a Unilateral Notice in the property and my question is i I should wait until June 2007, when in theory the bankruptcy will be lifted, to enforce the Order and claim my money. Will he be forced then to sell the house?. I have to say that I am not the only creditor but I have got a Court Order.
