| Investment incurs a delay | Agreed return is annualised and continues to accrue at the same rate. Conversely, if we happen to complete early then there is NO REDUCTION and you still receive the agreed return. |
| Taxation on profit | Profits will be taxable in UK (even if the project is overseas) if you are UK resident. Professional advice to mitigate tax should be sought. We can recommend advisors if required. |
| Properties are not sold | TMIV are committed to purchasing any units that remain unsold within a specified time frame via one of our group companies. We will either sell or rent these as appropriate. |
| Builder goes into liquidation | TMIV will appoint another builder on fixed price contract |
