The developers and the operators they are speaking to are confident to achieve an 80% occupancy rate which will give you around an 18% return on your investment. Also within the first three years you would have no other costs involved, there are no maintenance charges, no service charges and no agency fees.
You also receive a priority member's club card which gives you discounts on rooms and all other facilities on the resort. The Golf course is already in place and has around 650 members already and with the Hotel due to start construction in January 2009 and with aimed completion for early 2011, this project will soon become a very prominent resident of the Yorkshire landscape.
