A HEALTHY DIET EQUALS EATING NATURAL FOODS THAT ARE UNPROCESSED
A healthy diet equals eating natural foods that are unprocessed; this diet advises you to eat everything in moderation so long as it is not manufactured
If you think about, mankind has evolved over tens of thousands of years eating anything he could lay his hands on; and mankind was doing OK up until fifty years ago. We had a very healthy diet that included red meat, berries, nuts, bread, fruit and vegetables. Every generation was stronger, healthier and lived longer than the last. Then the scientists intervened and this generation of fat slobs are likely to be the first to live a shorter time than their parents.

Every time scientists come up with a health theory, the food industry jumps on the band wagon and comes up with a range of health products that are supposed to help us lose weight and promote our well being. These manufactured foods are so far removed from natural food they no longer contain the healthy ingredients we all need to keep slim and healthy.
Think about. Mankind has been eating just about everything since he first walked on the earth. Now scientists are removing everything we need to maintain our health because they are telling us they are bad for us. This is like owning a car and deciding that it is unhealthy to put petrol, oil and water in the engine. Tens of thousands of years of research trial and error washed down the tubes in five decades.
Deprive your body of any of the natural ingredients that we have been eating for the last 50,000 years and your body is likely to seize up. Low fat foods, low carbs, low salt, low oil all leads to a lower metabolism and lower morale. Your body needs everything in moderation and removing anything and changing its natural state means you body, which has not had time to evolve will be missing important nutrients.
Processed and manufactured foods, no matter what they claim on the packet are not good for you. Even foods that claim to be healthy are missing nutrients your body needs and as a result, your body will store anything it can get. In other words, packaged heath foods are more likely to make you fat.
If you want to lose weight, all you have to do is eat a well balanced diet, eat anything you want in moderation and take enough exercise to ensure you burn off your calorie intake. The moment you start to deprive your body of anything that your ancestors happily consumed over thousands of centuries, your body will go into defensive mode and start to store fat and water.
Here are some general tips.
