The tours will run from Sunday through to Saturday (six nights) for the following weeks:
- Week 1: Sunday 13th March – Saturday 19th March
- Week 2: Sunday 20th March – Saturday 26th March
- Week 3: Sunday 18th September – Saturday 24th September
- Week 4: Sunday 25th September – Saturday 1st October
Itinery
- Day 1: Arrival after 4pm, welcome wine tasting ‘Les 3 Poules’ and evening meal.
- Day 2: Visit of our vineyards and the wine cellar. Visit to Béziers Oenopole. A lesson in the art of wine tasting under the guidance of Florence Barthez, director. Lunch in Béziers followed by a visit of this historic town. Evening meal at Bourgade
- Day 3: Visit of the Cistercian Abbaye de Valmagne, near Méze, followed by a tasting of their wines and tour of the wine cellar. A seafood lunch in the port of Marseillan or Méze, both situated on the sealake “Bassin de Thau”. Afternoon guided tour of medieval Pézenas. Evening meal at Bourgade.

days 4 , 5 and 6:
- Day 4: A lesson in the art of wine making and your chance to take part in the wine harvest or with bottling or pruning. These activities are subject to change depending on the dates of the harvest. Picnic lunch and evening meal at Bourgade.
- Day 5: Visit to Daumas Gassac near Aniane. The most renowned vineyard in the Languedoc. Tasting followed by lunch at the Ferme Auberge “Le Pelican” at Gignac. Evening meal at Bourgade.
- Day 6: A day “free” for you to explore or to simply relax! Departures are the following morning after breakfast and before 10 am.
