HOW TO GET RID OF DARK RINGS UNDER THE EYES (BLACK RINGS)
I started out writing this piece because I had gained weight, gained man boobs and love handles, I have dark rings that are almost black under my eyes and my skin is showing more wrinkles than before. On referring back to my La Feytaud Diet book I realise just how much I had gone off track and why I have been having trouble sleeping and how my overall health has deteriorated.

So much of what Paul Herbert says in his diet book is true and just plain commonsense; and I realise that I hadn't just let things slip and allowed banned substances to enter my day to day diet but essential ingredients that he claims are so important to a healthy diet had been left out altogether.
I have been having problems sleeping of late, been suffering from backache and often been waking with a headache. I now realise that I have been eating too late at night and not drinking enough water and not eating my food in the right order. Most importantly I had stopped eating walnuts an essential part of the diet because walnuts contain masses of B12 which are essential to good sleep. I had also been putting my backache down to my gain in weight; which might be true but walnuts contain more Omega 3 per ounce than fish and I am now convinced that my lack of walnuts and walnut oil in my diet has contributed to my backache.
The dark rings under my eyes are most likely due to not drinking enough water and not getting enough sleep. In short, everything that is going wrong with my health can be attributed to my poor diet and it is essential that I get back to basics and following La Feytaud to the letter once again.
I like everyone else have been seduced by the advertising and marketing of the big food companies. Instead of sticking to my diet of only eating natural food and basically being able to eat anything I liked, I have thought that I was augmenting and improving my diet by eating what I believed were healthy foods.
I now realise I have been eating non-food products disguised as being real food but containing nothing of value to the well being and general health of my body. As a result, my body has turned in on itself, devouring what it needs to try and survive and storing fat and water to try and maintain an equilibrium. No wonder I have felt like shit lately.
So I am going back to what the master preaches, to the diet that I used to follow to the letter, when I looked and felt better and I swear I will not let the food companies seduce me again with their empty promises.
