Spacious fully renovated seventeenth century farmhouse (four bedrooms) in idyllic country setting. Complete seclusion and access to large games room with table tennis, pub grade table football, etc. Large patio and garden. Long lets available. Discount ferry crossings. | |  | Jennie is a large seventeenth century farmhouse which has been converted to provide a most attractive gîte with beamed ceilings in all rooms.
Accommodation
Large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, toaster, etc. The large table easily sits 8 people. The lounge is comfortably furnished with settee, easy chairs, coffee table, DVD and video player.
There is one double and three twin bedrooms. Each newly decorated and furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and wash-hand basin and there is another separate toilet and wash-hand basin.
|  | Outside, the gîte has its own private entrance and ample parking space. There is a large patio with BBQ, table and chairs and the spacious garden has swings and plenty of space for outdoor games, boules, badminton, etc. Our indoor games room has equipment for table tennis, darts, table football and basket ball. All linen is provided and prices include electricity except from October to April. Cot and high chair available. Pets accepted by prior arrangement.
The owners are bilingual and at hand to help visitors make the most of their visit to Normandy.

Jennie is within half an hour’s drive of the Normandy landing beaches and the beautiful historic city of Bayeux. Le Mont Saint-Michel, la Suisse Normande and cliff walks in the Cotentin Peninsula are all within easy reach. For the sports minded, there is tennis, cycling, golf, horse riding and kayaking nearby. The area is renowned for its sea and river fishing. There are also activity parks, zoological gardens, many châteaux and historical sites close by. The forest of Cerisy is only 10 minutes away.
