CRIME + MURDER + VIOLENT CRIME + GUNS + BURGLARY + ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR + PAEDOPHILES

Crime * murder * violent crime * guns * burglary * anti-social behaviour * paedophiles * theft * armed robbery * fraud * gun crime * persistent offenders * rape * justice system

Time to push the politically correct brigade to one side and start to protect the human rights of the victims and the rest of law abiding society. The punishment for crime should fit society not the crime.

Criminals should not just lose their freedom, they should also lose certain rights that go along with living a law abiding life. It is time to make our streets safer to live in by removing criminal elements and persistent offenders for longer periods of time; not just with longer prison sentences but also after they have served their time.

CRIME AND JUSTICE

At the moment, criminals are sent to prison for ridiculously short periods of time and then released back into society only to commit more crime. Financial pressure on department budgets tend to influence justice policy and human rights activists pressuring governments to treat criminals like normal human beings, which they are not.

The public needs to be protected from violent criminals, murderers, guns and knives, persistent offenders, paedophiles and families that are guilty of anti-social behaviour. People should be able to walk the streets at any time and know they are safe. Children should be able to play in parks without fear of paedophiles and other predators. No one should have to put up with anti social behaviour from neighbours who make their lives hell.

Punishment and sentences should fit society. We should be taking the human rights of the general public into account when dealing with crime, not the rights of offenders.

This means far longer sentences and when released, criminals should be sent to ringed estates where they are unable to mingle with the rest of society. Serious offenders, serial criminals and paedophiles should never be allowed back into normal society where they can disrupt or ruin the lives of people again.

MURDER

Premeditated murder and where murder has taken place during a violent crime should carry a life sentence with life meaning life. The relatives of victims should know that the killer will never be reintroduced back into society.

VIOLENT CRIME

Anyone found guilty of committing a violent crime, where violent assault, guns, knives or other weapons have been used should face long jail sentences with judges able to lay down sentences at their discretion in keeping with what suits society. At the end of their sentence, convicted criminals would be transferred to a ringed estate for life.

GUN CRIME

Anyone found carrying a gun or other deadly weapon should receive a mandatory 10 year prison sentence. If they have previous convictions for any violent crime, they should be transferred to a ringed estate for life.

BURGLARY

Anyone found guilty of burglary, breaking and entering etc should receive a mandatory 5 year prison sentence. If they have previous convictions for similar crimes, on completion of their sentence they would be transferred to a ringed estate. If not, they would be released. A second conviction would carry a 10 year prison sentence with transfer to a ringed estate for life at the end of their sentence.

PAEDOPHILES

Convicted aedophiles should be removed from society indefinitely. No one should have to worry that a convicted paedophile was loose and able to prey on their children again.

Anyone found guilty of assaulting an under age child should receive a mandatory life sentence with the courts using their discretion to transfer them to a ring estate after 25 years of their sentence has been served.

RAPE

Anyone found guilt of a violent rape or drug-facilitated sexual assault should be given a mandatory 15 year sentence. Transfer to a ringed estate at the end of the sentence would be for life.

Where accusations of rape are made against someone who has been on a date or socialising in general with someone they know or have met, we would express a desire for caution. The accusation of rape should be made within 36 hours of the offence.

Further caution should be exercised where the accuser has accepted an invitation to go to a hotel room or home of the accused or invited the accused to their hotel room or home.

Violent rape is a serious offence. However, when sex has taken place without signs of physical violence, it is difficult to ascertain if rape has occurred, if the accused believed that consent had been given or indeed if the accuser is regretting her actions or possibly seeking revenge.

ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

There is a growing sub culture in Europe and especially the UK that is the root of the problem of anti-social behaviour caused by binge drinking and neighbours from hell who are often abusive, threatening or violent.

Anyone who is found guilty of abusive or disorderly behaviour caused by binge drinking should face stiff financial penalties that are equivalent to three months wages. If they are unemployed, their benefits should be stopped permanently. A second offence should result in a 2 to 5 year prison sentence followed by five years in a ringed estate.

Anyone found guilty of alcoholic related violent behaviour should face a 3 to 8 year prison sentence followed by ten years in a ringed estate. A second offence would carry a mandatory ten year sentence followed by permanent occupation of a ringed estate.

Anti-social behaviour by what are considered to be neighbours from hell should be moved to ringed estates. Nobody should be subjected to living next door to anyone who is a member of this subculture.

DRINK DRIVING

Anyone found guilty of drink driving should face a £5,000 fine and automatic five year driving ban. A second offence would carry a 5 year prison sentence and banned from driving for life.

Death caused by drink driving should carry a 20 year mandatory prison sentence, banned from driving for life, after which they would be transferred to a ringed estate.

This we believe would greatly reduce the incidents of accidents caused by drunk driving.

PRISONS

Some people may have been throwing their arms up in horror at our recommended punishments and some may be questioning how the cost of maintaining these unwanted elements in society in prison would be paid for.

Our prison system would be built and funded by business without a penny coming from the tax payer's pocket. Why should the tax payer who has already been the victim then have to pay for the criminals and murderers to be kept in prison?

Instead, every prison would contain factories and other business enterprises where prisoners would work a ten hour day six days a week. The companies running these factory and enterprise prisons would be responsible for the security of the prisons and answerable to the government.

They would be run as businesses on a profit making basis so that prisoners paid there way whilst serving their prison term rather than being a burden on society. Prisoners would learn skills and trades that could be used when they entered the ringed estates.

RINGED ESTATES

Ringed estates would also be funded by business. They would have industrial estates providing employment for the residents. Rent on accommodation, utilities etc would be deducted from wages. There would be no private telephones, mobile phones or cars allowed within these estates.

They would be built employing labour provided from our prisons. Businesses would pay the government for this labour until the new prisons and ringed estates were built, thus greatly reducing the cost of development and the burden on the tax payer.

Inmates would have to live out their sentence within the confines, thus removing them from decent society for extended periods or indefinitely.

Security would be funded by the companies running these estates with police back up. We believe that this would make policing far easier and make our streets far safer.

Unable to make contact with the outside world, not owning a car and unable to leave, we believe the levels of crime would drop enormously. This is the way to sweep the streets clean of the criminal and sub human elements that are destroying our lives.

JUSTICE

Justice that fits and suits society like this would be an enormous deterrent to would be offenders. By removing this subculture from society, decent people would feel safer on our streets.

For those of you who think these measures are too tough, think again. We are not in favour of hanging like many politicians, we just believe in segregating the bad from the good.
