Bring us the raw ingredients for your book and we’ll come up with the perfect recipe. What you can expect to pay When you provide the ingredients and submit them in the right order (though not necessarily with the right words) we charge £10 per final printed page. That’s all. It’s probably less than you would pay a designer to layout the text. This fee includes up to two hours free consultancy a month and up to three drafts of the text. It even includes a final proofread before it goes to print. If you have the ingredients but you need lots of help with your recipe, then we may charge up to £30 per final printed page. But so that you know what to expect we sample a portion of what you have written already and then give you a price for the whole lot. Based on the anticipated number of pages (most books are 100 pages or more) we will ask you for a third of the money up front so we can guarantee you space in the diary, a third about half way through and the balance when it is sent off to the designer. If you want us to have a look at it then send it over. If not, then that’s fine too. We are happy to give it to you with no obligation.	Write A Tips Booklet A 16 page tips booklet, like "So, You Want To Write A Book" should take you about a day to write and we can get it edited and designed in less than a week. Allow a few more days for printing.
	Write A Workbook A 58 page workbook, like "Grow Your Own Networks", should take you about a week to write and we can get it edited and designed in about two weeks. Allow a few more days for printing.
	Write an E-Book An e-book can be as long, or as short as you like and needs very little design, so we can produce you one of these in a day or two. And you have no printing costs.
	Write a "real" book Expect it to take you a few months to write a full-length (more than 100 pages and 30,000 words) book. But we can write one for you if you have transcripts of any talks or workshops you have run. Editing takes a bit longer, and you’ll need about three drafts before it’s ready to print. We can produce you a book like this in three to nine months.
	Have a face-to-face-consultation Book a face-to-face appointment with a Book Cook Cook to discuss your project in detail. We charge £75 per hour plus travel, if there is any. We find that about two hours is just right for this kind of meeting.
	Have a telephone consultation Book a telephone consultation with a Book to discuss your project in detail. We charge £75 per hour but the first 30 minutes comes free (the cost of the call is your responsibility). Keep the call to just 30minutes and you wont pay a penny!
