Is property on the Costa del Sol still a good investment?

Property prices on the Costa del Sol rose sharply over the past decade with the average house price attaining €260,000 (£195,000). Systematic buying, causing sharp increases came about as a result of the demand, peaking in May 2003. Many Costa del Sol property investors purchased multiple properties off-plan, and then sold these properties on before the developments had reached completion and there were always buyers willing to snap these properties up.
