If you are looking for investment property in Morocco with a proven track record established over a sensible period then the Tetouan peninsular should be seriously considered.

The Tetouan peninsular is the first stretch of sandy coastline you see as you pass through the Straits of Gibraltar from the Atlantic into the Mediterranean and this slice of Moroccan coast is the Tetouan/Tangier region. Tetouan has long been a popular destination for holiday makers and is now the focus of a number of major new property developments in Morocco.
