This business idea is all about people making money by organising online swap parties through a website aimed at a global market. People will pay to register items they wish to swap and party organisers will earn a commission on every item placed up for swap through their party. People will be able to swap items on a local or worldwide basis.

PARTY ORGANISERS

Party organisers will earn 40-60% commission on all revenue generated through their online party, whether they had direct responsibility for finding the swapper or the swapper came to their online party by searching the website or through our own marketing.

Party organisers will be able to join with no financial outlay and therefore no financial risk. We expect this position to appeal to students, home workers and anyone who would like to earn an extra £400/$600 - £1,000/$1500 dollar per month.

MANAGERS

We are also looking to recruit a number of managers who will be responsible for recruiting party organisers. Managers will be able to recruit as many party organisers as they like from anywhere in the world and will be paid a 20% override commission on all income earned by their party organisers. Successful managers will therefore be able to earn a substantial income based on the performance of their party organisers.

Managers will ideally be business minded people who can see the enormous potential that this business opportunity offers. The first 100 will pay a small registration/setup fee of £150/$225 but this figure is likely to rise substantially once we have a clear indication of the level of income managers will be able to earn.

AGENCY DIRECTORS

Agency directors will be appointed from amongst the most successful managers and from within the Where On Earth Group. Although we are looking for a very small number from outside of the company prior to the official launch.

The role of the Agency Director will be to recruit and manage a team of managers and will be paid 15% override commission on all income earned by his managers. As our Agency managers will be responsible for driving this business forward, these positions offer the highest income potential.

Agency Directors who wish to be appointed prior to launch will pay £500/$750 setup/registration fee and this figure will substantially increase for anyone joining after the launch of the website.

The global market place is obviously huge and the income potential for anyone getting involved at whatever level they choose is enormous.
