You may have banked with them for over a decade, lending them hundreds of thousands of pounds with little thanks or financial gain. Then, the moment you go overdrawn above your agreed limit, they send you a nasty little letter and tell you that they have charged you for something they have been doing to you for years.

Doesn't this infuriate you? Then when you want to speak to someone about the problems with your account, you end up speaking to a call centre in Delhi or some other foreign city, to people who have no idea or real interest in your personal circumstances.

The fact is, the banks have moved their call centres abroad to keep their overheads down and make higher profits without any thought of actually providing a service to their clients. This is pig ignorant arrogance of the highest order from institutions who only care about one thing and it isn't you.

They want to make money from you and the last thing they want is for you to learn how to reclaim your bank charges.
