ADDITIONAL INCOME
Additional income * how to make money in your spare time and earn an additional income working from home by finding people who need to earn an extra income
THE ROLE OF THE MANAGER
The role of the manager is two fold. He or she will need to actively recruit party organisers who wish to earn an additional income by organising online swap parties and actively manage, deal with problems or queries and motivate them to invite people to their swap parties. Advice and training on how to do this using all the major social networking sites will be provided.
Party organisers will pay nothing to participate, they have not got to buy any stock or sell anything; all they have to do is want to make money or earn an additional income. They can do this via online marketing using networking sites; by sending an email to friends and family and encourage them to pass on the email to other friends and family who want to make massive savings on items they would normally pay for.

Brief explanation
The business idea
The role of a manager
The role of an organiser
The role of an Agency Director
The manager can recruit as many party organisers as they may wish from anywhere in the world. However, we will be restricting the number of managers by county/state to ensure we do not flood the market and restrict their earning potential.
So you could live in Florida and have party organisers living and working all over the world but know that there are only perhaps a potential 20 managers actually working in your state. So you are unlikely to tread on each others toes and you have a multi-million population to exploit, virtually on your doorstep.
If you want to get involved as a manager, you will need to start prospecting for potential party organisers now. Ask me how!
INCOME POTENTIAL
Managers will earn a 20% management override on all the income earned by all the party organisers in their group. So if for example you have just 20 party organisers each earning £500/$700 per month, you would earn £2,000/$2,800 per month.
As there is no limit to what a party organiser can earn and no limit on how many organisers you can recruit and no restriction on where they live in the world, you can see how the income potential can stack up. Imagine having 200 party organisers under your management.
RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS
We will however, be restricting the number of managers who live in any county/state to ensure our managers are able to maximise their income potential. We see little point in recruiting an unlimited number of managers who are all stumbling over themselves and talking to the same potential party organisers.
We strongly believe that by restricting the number of managers we will be providing them with the highest possible income potential providing they are prepared to put in the effort.
Managers are asked to pay a £150/$225 setup/registration fee and set a target of earning a minimum of £12,000/$18000 per annum and recruiting at least 40 party organisers by the end of their second year. This setup fee is likely to rise substantially once we have launched officially and we are able to provide genuine testimonials about incomes earned from managers who took the leap of faith at the beginning. Should a manager fail to hit these targets, and if we have people waiting to buy these management positions; we may in exceptional circumstances, sell their management position on as a going concern; refunding the sum of at least £150/$225 plus a figure based on a percentage of the income earned in the previous 12 months. This will depend on how much money has been earned and if the manager is unable to continue working at a satisfactory level.
The managers will be building up their own business and may at some point in the future choose to sell their management position on to someone or pass it on to a member of their family.
We will only make money if our managers are making money; and if by restricting the number of managers in any county/state, we find that a manager is not functioning properly or not earning a sensible income and effectively stopping someone from joining who would put the effort in; we feel it is only right to ask them to leave and pay them accordingly. So, no one should lose money by joining as a manager.

As a manager, you will not be allowed to organise your own swap parties. If you wish to swap anything, or you know anyone who wants to swap something, it will have to be done through a party organised by one of your party organisers. That way, you will always be supporting the people who are earning you money.
Launch day will be sometime in April. But to secure your place and make sure you don't miss out by being beaten to the post, you need to register and pay your 50% deposit now and
