People who eat a junk food diet, takeaways and processed food always seem to be so surprised about being fat. This is like a smoker being surprised at getting lung cancer. Three times as many people will die in the UK this year as a direct result of being overweight than will die from smoking. If you are fat, your heart, liver, kidneys and just about every other organ is likely to collapse at any time. Junk food, like cigarettes should carry a health warning. "This burger/pizza is likely to be the last one you will ever eat you fat bastard." Would burger sales go down? Unlikely because the people who eat this crap have to be mentally retarded to even consider eating it in the first place.

Of course the idiots who eat this food often have moments of mental clarity but it doesn't last long. The moment of clarity comes when they wake up and realise they are a fat ugly bastard that needs to weight, followed by more insanity by deciding to go on a crash diet. So one moment the retard is stuffing his face with junk food, followed by a week of eating some disgusting soup or cereal bar in the hope of shedding weight quickly. Think about it, if you have the mental capacity. If it took you thirty years to pile the flab on, you are not going to shift it in thirty days.
