Nutritional experts are now saying that this generation is likely to live shorter lives than their parents. Something that I have been saying for years and you didn't need to be a doctor to realise that obesity is going to kill your kids early. Take my advice. Unless you do something about your family diet, you are condemning your children to an early grave. Fat parents beget fat families and overweight and obese children.

If a child has fat parents, it is more likely to have weight problems and become part of a fat family. Although there is no such thing as hereditary obesity, fat families tend to be created by a shared poor diet and lazy parenting skills. The excuse of not having the time to cook a decent meal for a child is tantamount to saying you don't have the time to take proper care of your children.
